Website redesign for an international Amazon and eRetail consultancy, showcasing the Group’s identity, services, and case studies with a modern and lean structure.
Client: Remazing Group
Provider: Digitup Studio
Date: September 2025
Remazing Group is han Amazon and eRetailers' agency with a strong European presence, working globally with leading brands. In 2023, it expanded through the acquisitions of Moin Marketing and SNOCKSULTING, creating the Remazing Group and combining the expertise of all three agencies.
The current website is built on WordPress and will remain on this CMS. However, the site shows inconsistencies: some sections (like Remdash) are modern and effective, while others are outdated, fragmented, and harder to manage. The lack of a lean structure makes content updates inefficient and sometimes frustrating.
Although not the company's main source of client acquisition, the website is strategically important. It must communicate the Group's story, showcase services, client logos, and success cases, and reflect its international presence with professionalism. A core requirement is flexibility, ensuring that the site is easy to maintain internally or through an external agency. The website must also be fully integrated with HubSpot, with all forms and downloadable content feeding directly into the CRM.
The English version will be prioritized and must go live by March 1st, 2026. Other languages, such as German, remain under discussion. In the future, the approach may be extended to cover the websites of Moin Marketing and SNOCKSULTING.
Our approach for the Remazing Group website redesign focuses on transforming the current WordPress site into a modern, cohesive, and highly functional platform. We aim to address inconsistencies, outdated sections, and inefficient content management, creating a site that truly communicates the Group's story, showcases services, and reflects its international presence with professionalism. Our methodology emphasizes flexibility, easy internal maintenance, and full integration with HubSpot, with a primary goal for the English version to go live way before March 1st, 2026.
In-depth audit of the current website, stakeholder interviews, and definition of comprehensive project goals and requirements.
Creating user-centric, modern visual designs and intuitive interfaces optimized for conversion and brand consistency.
Agile development on WordPress, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and seamless integration with HubSpot for CRM functionalities.
Strategic launch plan, post-launch monitoring, and continuous optimization based on performance data and user feedback.
The main goal is to transform the Remazing website into the official digital hub of Remazing Group, consolidating its history, services, client logos, and case studies. This will create a robust online presence reflecting the Group's comprehensive capabilities and strategic direction.
Enhance user experience with cleaner layouts, intuitive navigation, and a professional aesthetic. Create an engaging browsing journey, making content easily discoverable and visually appealing to reinforce brand credibility.
Empower the Remazing team to create new pages and update content quickly, reducing reliance on external support. Implement a user-friendly CMS with standardized templates for rapid deployment, lowering operational costs and keeping the site dynamic.
Achieve seamless HubSpot integration to optimize marketing and sales funnels. Capture and synchronize all website interactions for valuable user behavior insights, enabling personalized campaigns, streamlined lead nurturing, and improved client conversion.
Prioritize English-first development to clearly articulate Remazing Group's story, services, and strategic positioning. This focuses resources on perfecting the core message and user experience before considering future multilingual extensions, ensuring a strong global launch point.
In short, the new website must present a unified, professional, and credible presence that not only showcases the Group's capabilities but also aligns with its ambitious growth trajectory and the high expectations of its investors and stakeholders.
The redesign is not a radical departure but rather a strategic evolution. The site must be modern, lean, and aligned with Remazing's professional positioning.
Navigation will be streamlined to highlight the Group, services, and success cases. Less critical areas (like Careers or newsletters) may move to the footer.
User experience will focus on clarity and consistency, with clear entry points to who the Group is, what it offers, and its track record.
Visual identity will balance modern creativity with credibility: clean layouts, a consistent design language, subtle interactions, and minimal animations.
Below is an analysis of competitor insights, informing our design approach:
Clear structure but considered too playful in design.
More serious and service-focused, aligning closer to the target.
Strong categorization of case studies, a valuable structural reference.
Compelling presentation of services and cases, but animations are beyond our scope.
The website will remain on WordPress, optimized for performance, security, and usability. The goal is to create a cleaner, modular backend that allows lean maintenance.
will be used to create modular components (e.g., service blocks, case studies, reports) for easy content creation and a consistent look.
is mandatory, ensuring forms and downloadable content connect seamlessly with the CRM.
will prioritize English but leave the option open for German or other languages.
will preserve rankings through redirects, metadata, and sitemap optimization.
will be fully set up with GA4 and HubSpot reporting.
similar setups could later be applied to Moin Marketing and SNOCKSULTING websites.
The project will cover:
review server, database, and security.
redesign navigation to highlight Group, services, and cases.
consistent typography, colors, grids, and reusable components.
testing across all devices and resolutions.
e.g., "Solutions," "Success Cases," and "Reports."
English mandatory, other languages optional.
Elementor, HubSpot, Rank Math SEO, SMTP.
redirects and Search Console setup.
HubSpot-connected forms for inquiries and downloads.
for blogs, case studies, and individual reports.
The new Remazing Group website will deliver a platform that balances professionalism, credibility, and ease of use. Main outputs include:
A cleaner, consistent design system (typography, colors, components, layout). Outdated elements will be replaced for a unified style that aligns with Group branding. Subtle refinements will enhance user experience, avoiding unnecessary complexity.
Simplified navigation will prioritize relevant content (Group presentation, services, client logos, case studies). Secondary sections will be accessible but not dominant, ensuring clarity and focus.
A flexible Elementor setup allows reusable blocks for recurring elements like service descriptions or case studies. This enables easy content creation and updates while maintaining consistency.
All forms, lead capture, and downloadable content will seamlessly connect with HubSpot. This supports lead nurturing, content marketing tracking, and CRM, making the website a valuable business development tool.
A fully optimized experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile, validated through extensive testing to guarantee usability and performance on multiple resolutions and devices.
A carefully managed transition will retain current search engine rankings, supported by sitemap optimization, redirects, and proper metadata handling.
Dedicated templates for blog posts, case studies, and reports will ensure consistency and scalability. Custom Post Types (CPTs) will support specialized content like "Solutions" or "Success Cases."
Clear, accessible documentation for internal teams will ensure efficient content updates and new page creation post-launch. Training sessions may be included to support autonomy.
The project is tied to a fixed milestone: the English version of the website must be live by March 1st, 2026. To meet this, the work will be structured into phases with clear deliverables and approval points:
Alignment with stakeholders, detailed competitor review, and finalization of the site architecture and navigation. Confirmation of language strategy and HubSpot integration requirements.
Creation of a full design and page templates. Iterative validation of visual identity, ensuring balance between modernity and professionalism.
WordPress build using Elementor, content migration, HubSpot workflows setup, and multilingual framework configuration (English mandatory, German optional). All pages optimized for SEO and responsive performance.
Rigorous testing across devices, validation of HubSpot connections, SEO checks, and performance optimization.
Deployment of the English version. Additional languages, if confirmed, will follow without delaying the main launch.
This phased structure balances predictability with flexibility, ensuring stakeholder validation at each step and maintaining alignment with the fixed deadline.

Several risks could impact delivery if not addressed early:
Unconfirmed language strategy adds complexity for multi-language support.
Mitigation: Define target languages upfront; plan content translation and SEO from project start.
Delays in content delivery (case studies, logos, copy) can impact the project schedule.
Mitigation: Establish clear content delivery deadlines; assign a dedicated content manager.
Improper SEO migration, like incorrect redirects or metadata, risks harming search visibility.
Mitigation: Develop a detailed SEO migration plan; perform pre- and post-migration audits.
Lack of stakeholder alignment, especially with Managing Directors, may lead to late scope changes.
Mitigation: Conduct regular stakeholder reviews; formalize scope sign-off at key phases.
HubSpot CRM integration poses technical challenges to data flow and functionality.
Mitigation: Conduct thorough pre-integration planning; implement staged testing and validation.
WordPress plugin conflicts or performance issues could arise from existing or new plugins.
Mitigation: Audit current plugins; rigorously test new plugins in a staging environment.
Achieving consistent brand messaging and visual identity across three merged companies requires extensive coordination.
Mitigation: Establish a unified brand guide; secure early approval from all brand stakeholders.
Proactive project management, weekly check-ins, and timely decision-making will be essential to mitigate these risks.
Understanding the financial commitment is crucial. Below is a detailed breakdown of the estimated project investment, aligned with our projected timeline.
This investment plan is aligned with the critical go-live deadline of March 1st, 2026, ensuring timely delivery.
The hours provided are an estimate; the final scope and complexity may lead to adjustments in the total investment.
